What we do

This website connects people who need chimney, dryer vent or air duct services with providers who can do the work. We connect you with independent local providers. Your request may be handled by the operator named on this website or passed to an independent, vetted local provider from our network.

Providers in our network are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee that a provider is available in your area or at your preferred time.

Prices, offers and quotes

Prices shown as "from" or "starting at" are starting prices for a standard job. They are not a quote for your job.

Every job is different. We and our providers aim to give an accurate quote before work starts, but the final price depends on the work actually required, such as the type and condition of the chimney or vents, number of flues, access, and travel. Any additional work is quoted and approved by you before it begins.

Offers and discounts are limited as stated (for example one per household, first booking only), subject to availability, and may change or end at any time.

Your agreement is with the provider

The contract for any work is between you and the provider who performs it. That provider is responsible for the quote, the quality of the work, any guarantee or warranty, payment terms, licenses and insurance.

Any issue with a job, including its price, quality, timing, damage or payment, should be raised with the provider who did the work. We will make reasonable efforts to help put you in touch with them.

Calls and text messages

By giving us your number you consent to calls (including automated and prerecorded calls) and text messages from us and our providers about your request, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Calls may be recorded.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and the information on it are provided "as is". Arrival times, availability, prices and service areas are estimates and may vary. Chimney and vent inspection findings are the opinion of the provider; nothing here replaces a full inspection by a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss, damage, injury, cost or claim arising from work carried out by a provider, from a provider delay or failure to attend, or from your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
